To fix the floor I have got some 1/4inch mild steel plate to put in, which I have done before on other bobcat buckets and had sucess with them. I am not the best welder around but have done 2 new edges on buckets. And have had them work fine. If front edge of bucket is worn thin cut back a little to get to good metal then clamp it and tack weld every 6" or so along edge. Then weld it up top and bottom.
