I would consider foam filled tires to be solid--the foam filled tires I have been around had NO give to them, every bit as unforgiving as the airless skid steer tires I have used. If you are on dirt, especially soft dirt, the airless tires are nowhere near as good as regular air-filled. We have Filled tires on our skid-steer. I have seen "Flat Proof" tires for skid-steers advertised. I think that would be a better alternative compared to a heavy foam tire. Anybody out there fill skid steer tires with foam. My current tire is a 12-16.5 savage deep tred tire that's good for traction in ice snow and mud. Problem is the sidewalls leak and do have 2 that also won't hold a patch in the center of the tire.
