Both these skid steers are pretty amazing when it comes down to stability, design, and functionality. However, Case 1845C is a better choice since it has higher power output and offers advanced features, which makes it suitable for difficult terrains.
Personally I'm partial to the Bobcat's, but Case makes an excellent skid-steer as well, the 1840 is just a size smaller than 1845, I dont have any info. on Case but I think the 1845 is as large as Case makes so it would most likely compare to the 863/873 Bobcat, 1840 probably 763/773 B/C. Thats not alot of hours for a '94 model so it will bring .
