I have a JD 250 skid steer that is just about to get on my last nerve. It is very hard to start and once you get it started it'll be running along just fine and then go to skipping and missing, reving up and acting all kinds of stupid then it . If I was to trade right now, New Holland LS180 would be the way I go. Lots of used ones available. Can lift a pallet of sod or bricks. Nice units. Ideally, a Cat skid steer with tracks . So we finally sold our Komatsu SK820-5n skid, which by the way was a great machine with good specs, and bought a JD 318D with 205 hours on it. It was purchased new by a small town near us to snowblow sidewalks and the occasional summer pothole repair.
