I am looking at a GEHL 7810. 2004 7810 with 115hp Perkins. Cab, Heat, 2-speed, hi-flow. 1200hrs. ,000 What can anybody tell me about this machine? Its ridicously strong and will make a good replacement for my old payloader (Clark 55A). I have heard different things .

Get a 7810E, much better machine. Main difference is they went from the 115hp Perkins to a 99hp Cummins. Along with many updates to fix a lot of the electrical gremlins they had. You won't gain much in lift height, dump clearance is . Both the Mustang 2109 and Gehl 7810 have a cummins, the perkins was discontinued early due to failures. Perkins raised it's price while providing terrible support and many early issues. All of which was fixed when the Cummins replaced the Perkins.
