It does have a block heater and works good. Here is the problem. I have decided it's much easier to disassemble the starter while on the engine. Remove the 2 bolts 3/8 wrench that hold the end cap on and the small one 5/16 wrench that connects the power strap from the starter to the solenoid. It will not start unless I give it a shot of starting fluid. I can not find the fuel solenoid or what wire color goes to it. I have a schematic for a 1845 but it's not very informative.
