I'm thinking of repowerining with a chonda 22hp v-twin engine. I had some questions. First of all, how do you guys feel about repowering a tired 30hp with a new 22hp ? I can buy a quick attach plate for around 200 beans but they look so simple to make. I don't have the exact dimensions. I need a one that looks like THIS. I just need to get all the specs correct IE shaft size, mounting hole spacing, port sizes and so on..
