The BIC Super High Flow auxiliary kit is designed for the Case 450, 465 and 450CT skid steer . Stucchi’s Saturn Block HD is an auxiliary hydraulic kit that upgrades your skid . Has anyone ever converted their skid steers from low flow to high flow? There is a kit out there to convert 216B, 226B , 2232B and the 242B. The high flow pump would take all of the power from the engine and would leave little for skidsteer operations. My 773T has 56 HP and he recommended at least 75 HP for high flow operations. I don't think I will be following up on this upgrade for my machine, I'll just wait and get the High-Flow option in my next machine.
The volume to the 3rd "Auxilary" section could be set as low flow or high flow depending on the combining valve. A copy of the parts book for a high flow machine or the literature from the high flow kit for a 853 would be vary helpful. As they may well do somethings different then NH. Ken
Total cash outlay was about 600 plus labour. There was no rocket science to mine and back then hi flow was a dealer installed kit. Today dealers installing a kit would be pretty cost prohibited for the reasons mentioned, but doing it yourself or helping a local mechanic do it would work on machine that had good life left in them.
I have a Case 1840 right now. I want to get a bigger skid steer. I was at an auction a couple of years ago and seen a case 85 xt go for under ,000. It didn't have high flow. All the Cases that have high flow go for 500 and up where I live. The biggest reason I want high flow is to blow snow. there is a company out of Florida , I have been to their site but forgot the name , they started off specializing in Takeuchi high flow kits , as Takeuchi don't come with high flow , but I bet they are into other brands by now as it has been a few years , around here high flow is primarily used with either the Fecon head for land clearing or surface planners for asphault .
I have an LX565 High Flow machine with a Quickattach 61 inch snowblower. Rarely do I ever flip the switch to enable high flow operation as the blower works great, even in 12 to 15 inches of snow, at the standard 15 gpm flow rate. On my machine high flow bumps up the rate to about 22 to 24 gpm. Hey Guys! Been thinking on converting T770 from std to high flow. Purpose is to use mulchers and required flow are bw 35-40gpm. I have heard other contractors have gone through it. Would appreciate any info or feedback. Thanks in advance!
I have two attachments that I got a screaming deal on that are high flow. So I figured pump vs. motors $$$ and having high flow handy. Machine is prewired for high flow. Plus its a good challenge & keeps me out of the Tavern.
