Mounting tires is never easy, especially skidsteer tires that have the incredibly stiff sidewalls to prevent the flexing you need to get them in place. The best way would be if you had it on a tire machine where you can get to the back side, as it must be off the bead to get the other side on the rim. It just won't stretch enough otherwise.
