My 250 keeps blowing the ignition fuse. You put a new fuse in, the machine starts up and will run 5-15 seconds and then it blows the fuse. I don't even know where to start.

I have a 250 skid steer that blows the 15 amp starter fuse every time the key is turned on. It just went through a tornado which ripped out the headliner. Our skid steer will not start. Has no power in the on or start mode. We checked all the fuses put a new battery in and still will not start. Any help as to where to look to get this thing to start.
