As they were only made for two or three years, there is probably no technical reason to know what year it was made.The 4058 sold under the Kinsey name, is the same as the CL40 Ford. I was told the company is out of business, assets sold at local auction, and nobody continued the line. A good welder, and a good hydraulic shop, can take care of most of the problems, except the engine.
