I installed 8 Larry lugs on a cat(don't deserve a CAP ,ron) 287 track which the drive lugs had broke off on and it worked out so far , it wasn't hard to do.
The lug nuts are sheared off from the machine hub. I use the machine with Loeggering tracks and with 2" spacers. I've sheered off the nuts holding the wheel to spacers before. As the holes get wallowed out the studs take a beating and get fatigued. We used to have this problem with our old Gehl skid steer. And when (not if) you get a new wheel you should replace the nuts.

Apparently my lug nuts bottom out on the stud and do not hold the rim on as tight as it should. It took 5000 miles before this became apparent. On one side, the holes have been ovaled.

Originally the rims were held on to hubs using wheel bolts, but the threaded holes in hubs were worn enough that I went with bolts through the hubs and lug nuts. I have seen a bobcat rim on a '05 216 so the bolt circle is the same but I didn't pay much attention to the center hole.
