The side plates are 3' by 3' and are 1/4" the skid shoes are made of snow plow cutting edges and the braces for the side plates out of used 3" by 3" 1/4" angle iron.

I built my own quick attach plates after getting the top clevis and JD dealer. I am in the process of building a snow plow for my bobcat t750. I bought a older truck Meyer plow off of one of my buddies and cut off the pin connections that would have gone to the truck and welded it solid onto a QA plate. I am looking for any ideas on how to fab up a snow pusher for my skid steer. I have a large light material bucket all ready and would like to fab up some wings or extension from the sides of the bucket to make it 10' wide and scoop up more snow with it and and take a bigger swath when using it. I'm thinking of building a snow plow set-up for my skid steer because I'm tired of plowing with my bucket. The bucket works, but I think a regular snow plow blade would work much better. Here are my thoughts : first buy a quick attachment plate to mount the plow frame onto, I'm thinking 5/16" or 3/8" thick.
